At Serenalives, we strive to ensure your orders arrive promptly and securely. As a U.S.-based company operating from Colorado, all orders are shipped domestically and internationally with care. Below is our detailed shipping policy:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time & Methods
- Shipment Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Littleton, Colorado, United States.

Estimated Delivery Window:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing.
- International Orders: 7–14 business days after processing (delays may occur due to customs or local postal services).
- Shipping Partners: We work with trusted U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) for reliable domestic and international delivery.
Tariffs & Duties
United States (U.S.) orders
We prepay duties and import taxes for orders shipping within the United States (DDP). You will not be charged additional duties or taxes on delivery.
Outside the U.S.
Unless explicitly shown as “Duties & taxes included” at checkout, orders shipping outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), and carrier brokerage/clearance fees collected upon delivery. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and service selected. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be automatically applied.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link to monitor delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 21 business days, contact us immediately.
- Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly via replacement or refund.
